The stinky squirmer called Nocturnal is finally out on all airwaves.
TAPE V HAS ARRIVED.
Two worlds are colliding as Tape B and VKTM have just released the song that's been teased since Lost Lands.
Nocturnal is the name, and it seamlessly blends the polar styles of both artists into something fans are calling, "Wubby Riddim" and "Dubstep's Final Boss."
This song serves as the first single off of Tape B's upcoming EP, which we are being told will be coming out soon.
This moment serves as a distinguishing mark in VKTM's career. An artist who has proven that riddim can be both widely appealing and well-done.
The incredible sound design from VKTM and Tape B destroys any and all boundaries between riddim and experimental, while seamlessly opening doors to future innovative genre twists.
VKTM and Tape B first met at a show in Los Angeles and bonded over the meshing of their distinct styles.
"Getting to work with Tape B opened up an opportunity to push the 'VKTM sound' towards an unfamiliar audience," VKTM said. "It was an exciting challenge to see how his creativity and approach to production aligned with mine."
This collaboration is quite impressive, as the VKTM alias has only been active for one year. Real fans saw him play at the Summoning Renegades (IYKYK).
"It’s an honor to share my vision with creators who want to help expand it,” VKTM said.
Catch Tape B playing shows every single weekend leading up to New Year's where he will be perforing at festivals like Lights All Night Dallas and Mutiny Fest in Salt Lake City. Before then, he's playing two already-sold out nights at Denver's Mission Ballroom on Nov. 23 and Nov. 24.
Support on Nov. 23 includes Super Future, Effin, OkayJake b2b STVSH and Phrva, and support on Nov. 24 includes Kill Safari, Hydraulix b2b Rickyxsan, Sumthin Sumthin and IDHS.
