The moment we’ve all been waiting for…Bassrush Records presents: The highly awaited LAYZ x RZRKT collab, HARDEST MFS.
The intro that sparked the first ever LAYZ b2b RZRKT at Paradise Blue has become the hardest-hit in the mosh pits, naming it as one of the crowd’s favorites.
As a sequel to their first collaboration, INCOMING, these two producers have proven successful in their pursuits of the heaviest bass around.
Both LAYZ and RZRKT have been incorporating bits of techno into their sets, and now, it’s safe to say that these two have pulled off a blend of the two genres seamlessly.
HARDEST MFS breaks boundaries of electronic music, featuring both layers of dubstep and hard techno. The crowd gets grilled with a sizzling dubstep drop, followed with a quick turnaround into thumping hard techno.
Getting straight to the point, RZRKT hits the crowd with the one-liner, “We present to you the hardest song we’ve ever done.”
“HARDEST MFS has been one of the biggest highlights of my sets, and every time I’ve played it out, the energy in the crowd has been insane," LAYZ said. "This song is a sequel to RZRKT and my last release, INCOMING, and we leveled it up with a long cinematic intro, heavy-hitting dubstep and showcasing our diversity with techno."
She said she can't wait for fans to experience the energy in this song in their own ways, whether that be in a festival crowd, blasting it in their car or headphones.
LAYZ continues to dominate the scene – including a 26-date headline tour and standout performances at global festivals like EDC Las Vegas and Lost Lands.
LAYZ recently featured her love for the gym via a brand new workout clothing line for her merch, ensuring that her fans represent not only in the mosh pit, but also when hitting the weights.
RZRKT is a strong powerforce in bass music, coming off a flaming hot Beat Intelligence Network label launch release party, (Club BIN Time, anyone?) along with massive support slots for Sullivan King's Chaos Will Bring Peace U.S. tour.
With this motion, RZRKT continues to stay on track and provide proof as to why he’s a force to watch in our scene.
