The two Canada-based producers link up with XAE for a mosh-pit-inducing anthem on Bassrush Records
INFEKT, based out of Montreal, has been slaying the dubstep scene for years with a sick concoction of dark dubstep and contagious riddim.
He is fresh off his wildly popular ‘Veggie Friends’ Tour, which concluded at HARD Summer Music Festival.
Hailing from Ottawa, HAMRO is known for his perplexing riddim tracks that hone in on his gritty sound design.
Earlier this year, HAMRO remixed INFEKT’s 'Be Kind,' as well as dropping collabs and remixes with other up and coming artists like Cyclops, BLVNKSPVCE, Benda, Decimate, and BloodThinnerz.
Living up to its name, INFEKT and HAMRO’s new collaboration takes listeners into DA PIT.
XAE's rap demands attention from the outset, as he gives listeners fair warning of what's to come.
“I've been a fan of HAMRO’s music and DJing style for a while, so I’m stoked we were able to bring our styles together for this collaboration. As soon as it was finished, SVDDEN DEATH and Marshmello played it on their tour, and people constantly ask us when it’s coming out. I’m happy to say the time is NOW!” Said INFEKT.
The swinging and slamming basslines are sure to incite mosh pits every single time the track drops, no exceptions.
HAMRO echoes his excitement, adding: “The anthem that everyone has been waiting for is finally here. All the mosh pits worldwide are about to get even crazier with this track dropping.”
Beastly, in your face, and dripping with filth, DA PIT is just what you’d expect from this three-headed monster.
INFEKT and HAMRO both have sets at Lost Lands this year, and when DA PIT drops, it's going to be a movie.
I would bet they even chef up a VIP special for Dubstep Disneyland.
Only way to find out is to be there or be square.
