Dubstep FBI's Top Investigations at EDC Las Vegas 2024

Check out the FBI’s highlights and overview from this past weekend at EDC

EDC Las Vegas this year was one for the books to say the least.

Sure enough, bass came in heavy to the speedway, having some monumental bass moments of the year by far. Us agents came to investigate this catastrophic weekend under the electric sky.

Here are our top moments we caught at EDC Las Vegas this year:

VUllGUR destroying Basspod as one of the opening sets of the weekend

The weekend kicked off with VUlllGUR bringing in a blood bath to Basspod. Riddim was served with the filthiest drops and b2bs.

LAYZ upgraded from art car to Basspod with a killer birthday set

An incredible milestone for LAYZ was hit this weekend, showcasing her premiere Basspod set at EDC. Of course, she threw tf down, and we couldn’t be more proud of our bass storm Queen. With our highness turning 24 after the weekend, she blessed us with a lovely treat, uploading her entire set available on YouTube.

YDG remixes played on the main stages, featuring a new Peso Pluma remix played from ATliens

YDG is high rolling, having huge success at EDC this year. YDG’s remixes got to be played on the main stages featuring an unreleased Peso Pluma remix played out by ATliens. In addition YDG was invited by both John Summit and Gryffin to accompany them on stage. Well-deserved to say the least!

Wooli plays an entire set with his originals only

Wooli packed out Basspod on Saturday, playing his first-ever originals only’s set including his classics, remixes, and IDs we were not prepared for.

Subtronics played to the biggest crowd of his life at Kinetic Field

Subtronics claimed the title for being the heaviest set at Kinetic Field this weekend, playing to the biggest crowd of his career.

Subtronics and Level Up took on as a power couple for the weekend dropping banger and IDs

Continuing on with Sub, our favorite duo had an unforgettable set at Basspod with a successful b2b. The power couple Level Up and Subtronics came out strong featuring unreleased collabs in which we are anticipating for it to be released, and are already anticipating for the next Leveltronics set.

Crankdat x Illenium whip up a quick collaboration in time to debut for EDC

Crankdat and Illenium team up hours before EDC to come up with a new collaboration, with a quick turnaround to play it out together during Illenium’s set.

HOL! plays out EDC Country Riddim VIP

The classic ‘Country Riddim’ gets reworked from HOL! himself with the VIP we’ve been waiting for.

‘Sippin Yak (DENNETT remix)’, ‘PUSH PUSH PUSH’, and ‘Baddadan’ were the nominated dubstep anthems of the weekend

As we investigated each and every set, we determined that ‘Sippin Yak (DENNETT remix)’, unreleased ‘PUSH PUSH PUSH’, and ‘Baddadan’ were the top songs played throughout the weekend. These catchy drops were hits the crowd was loving and eating up!

Well, after an eventful weekend, we’d say we did our due diligence and detained some of the top bass moments of this year. With the top request for Basspod to be bigger and tickets already going on sale this Friday, who knows what next year will have in store?

Till we meet again next year in 2025, EDC Las Vegas.
