Just in time for spooky season, the ABQ-based duo drops a mysteriously dark dubstep single.
In the deep, dark world of dubstep, some of our favorite tunes align with emotions.
The latest song called Blood Vision, aptly named by the duo also titled Blood Vision, is premiering now from the grasps of our agents' hands.
We first met Brandon Dodds and Sean Jarvis in Albuquerque back in August. Since then, they've shared stages with dubstep thought leaders such as Svdden Death at some of the biggest dubstep shows in New Mexico.
This latest tune has invoked the season of spook upon our speakers. The duo wrote it to depict a journey though the unknown; something that many of us have internally experienced throughout our lives.
“This track was given the title 'Blood Vision' before that became our artist name," Brandon said. "It was the inspiration and turning point to where we are headed now.”
The duo is making a name for themselves in the mid-and-south west regions.
“The sound design of this track became the inspiration for all of the music we’re writing now as Blood Vision. The melodic elements and the owl cries became inspiration for how we want our music to feel."
Take a listen to Blood Vision and see for yourself how it raises hairs on your arms. Check them out as support for VERSA on November 3, 2023 at Salt Yard West.
Blood Vision will be available on all streaming services at midnight on October 13.
