BADVOID creates an eclectic, new take on BIJOU's 'Rockstar'

BADVOID channels Rezz in this heavier remix, dropped alongside five other artists in the pack.

Adding a mid-tempo feel to a bass house anthem, BADVOID's latest remix of Rockstar by BIJOU has us grooving along to this wormy bass track.

BADVOID stands alongside five other artists in the remix pack, including Dot N Life, Sentido, Fetish, Buitano and Pretence. His remix is an earworm, making the listener play it on repeat and constantly keep it in the back of one's mind.

At only 20 years old, BADVOID has already cut his teeth releasing records with Barong Family and BUYGORE. Based in Australia, this most recent track further solidifies his ever-growing establishment in the international EDM scene.

Previously known as Notorious Chris, BADVOID has blazed a trail for himself with a string of releases including his Enter the Void EP and a bass dosage flip of Nero's Satisfy.

He was born in the UK, but is known all over and recently played a headline show in Mackay, Australia at the Ambassador hotel. He has also supported giants in the industry such as Ekali, What So Not and Claptone, and his tracks have been played out by artists such as Zeds Dead, Marshmello and Slushii.

As his name expands across the Pacific, we have a hunch that BADVOID will be playing shows in America soon enough. Rockstar (BADVOID Remix) can be streamed on all platforms on Friday, Dec. 3, 2021.
