1. There will be an entirely new 360 stage

Yeah, you heard us right. There is going to be a BRAND NEW STAGE. We don't know much about this new area, but we do know that it will feature a 360 set-up, and that some riddim artists will be playing on it. They're calling it The Crater, and it carves a new entrance to the festival, along with a walkway that connects to the Subsidia Stage.

2. The first-ever FuntCase b2b Versa set will take place on Saturday

FuntCase and Versa go way back. Their DPMO lore flows deep, and we see this as a "full circle moment" for the two talented producers. FuntCase has been one of the most vocal supporters of Versa's project since he was sent demos back in 2019. Now, fans can expect some wild activities to ensue: Namely, OSHA violations in the pit.

Listen to our recent interview with both artists to learn what's in store.

3. 'Club Cloaca' afters & experimental room

You heard of the Red Room from Lost Lands 2023, right? Well, Club Cloaca appears to be its official name. Last year, the place was PACKED OUT, and mostly remained a secret until after the fest ended, when viral videos spread like wildfire online.

However, this year, we can expect more room to rage in intimacy.

"When we were first planning this speakeasy, it started off as an idea to humorously teach people what a dinosaur’s cloaca is... it grew into a place where artists could pull up for unscheduled late night sets, experiment with new music, go b2b with friends and play different genres," said the Lost Lands Looking to 2024 website.

Folks, we just looked up the definition for cloaca, and can tell Team X has quite the sense of humor.

4. "The Bridge" is in its second year of use, gaining improvements

The festival continues to improve efforts to make its grounds more accessible to all. The bridge made its debut in 2023, and will feature even more improvements, according to the Lost Lands website.

Did you know this thing can withstand 115 mph winds?

The development of this bridge was crucial, creating a much-needed path from the campgrounds into the main festival site. The Lost Lands team has indicated that they studied peak traffic times and are looking at ways to continue to improve the road crossing for everyone.

5. The Grove Stage will be improved for dust control

The debut of the Grove Stage took place in 2023, and provided a second area for fans in the campsite to rage or just chill out in the woods. The Ohio climate is a dusty one, and Lost Lands has said they are working to control some of that loose brown stuff that gets in our lungs.

"For this year, we’ve got plans in store for mitigating dust and overall improving the area to better accommodate the crowd," said the Lost Lands Looking to 2024 website.
